The Settlement that has been approved by the Court provides either (a) additional calling plan minutes usable for one (1) year or (b) a transferable PIN for forty (40) calling units, which will be valid for twenty-four (24) months, that can be used to make domestic or international long distance calls. No calling plan minutes or transferable PINs will be issued until after the Settlement has become Final.

On October 28, 2011 and December 2, 2011, in the Hamilton County Courthouse, 1000 Main Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, a Final Approval Hearing was conducted, and on January 6, 2012, the Court issued an order granting final approval of the Settlement, considered any timely objections to the Settlement, and ruled on the application for attorney’s fees and expenses and incentive awards for the Class Representatives submitted by the attorneys for the class in this Action.
